GLS

The Global Leadership Summit impacts over 400,000 participants in 135 countries each year through world-class leadership training and has been held in Ghana via videocast since 2005.

Our Mission

We seek to serve and support leaders across three focal areas

Heart

We prioritize the emotional and spiritual well-being of leaders, understanding that unhealthy leaders result in unhealthy churches and movements. In Ghana more than half of Christian leaders report feeling less than healthy due to overwork, stress, or poor practices. Our mission is to provide leaders with teaching, resources, and support avenues to help them live and lead in healthy ways.

Head

When leaders improve, everyone benefits. Leaders enhance their leadership capacity through intentional development pathways. This growth doesn’t happen in a single day or event; it requires a daily commitment to learning and practice. The Global Leadership Network supports this development through conferences, resources, networks, and online programs.

Hands

We focus on leadership that drives transformational movements aimed at bringing God’s Kingdom to earth through the gospel in both word and action. Our goal is to equip and inspire leaders in evangelism, discipleship, and care and compassion, ensuring they are both healthy and skilled to lead effectively.

What We Believe

The Bible is God’s unique revelation to people. It is the inspired, infallible Word of God, and the supreme and final authority on all matters upon which it teaches. No other writings are vested with such divine authority.
There is only one God, the creator of heaven and earth, who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God yet personally distinct.
All people are created in God's image and are deeply valued by Him. The Bible's central message is that God loves people and invites them to live in communion with Him and in community with one another
Without Jesus Christ, all people are spiritually lost and, because of sin, deserve God's judgment. However, God offers salvation and eternal life to anyone who trusts in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice. Salvation cannot be earned through personal goodness or human effort; it is a gift that must be received through humble repentance and faith in Christ's finished work on the cross.
Jesus Christ, the second person of the Trinity, was born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, willingly took on our sins, died, rose bodily, and now sits at the right hand of the Father as our advocate and mediator. One day, He will return to complete God's eternal plan.

The Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, convicts the world of sin and draws people to Christ. He indwells all believers, empowering them to lead Christ-like lives and giving them spiritual gifts to serve the church and reach out to a lost world.
Death seals each person's eternal destiny. At the final judgment, unbelievers will be separated from God in condemnation, while believers will be received into God's loving presence and rewarded for their faithfulness.
All believers are members of the body of Christ, the universal church. Spiritual unity among Christians should be expressed through acceptance and love across ethnic, cultural, socio-economic, national, generational, gender, and denominational lines.
The local church is a congregation of believers who gather for worship, prayer, instruction, encouragement, mutual accountability, and community. Through the local church, believers invest time, energy, and resources to fulfill the Great Commission—reaching lost people and growing them into fully devoted followers of Christ.
